Postage charges within the UK only are as follows:-
£2.00 postage & packing for an order up to £9.99
Free postage & packing for an order from £10.00 to £109.99
Free postage & packing for an order from £110.00 to £349.99
Free postage & packing for an order over £349.99

All orders will be sent within 5 working days unless notified otherwise

Returns and Refund Policy:- We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less any postage charges. Before returning any items please email us at shop@tuckwell.co.uk putting "Return Order" in the subject heading or contact us by phone 01268 783311 so that we know to expect these items.

Cancelling an order:- If you should make a mistake when ordering from us, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify this before the goods are despatched to you. We would then be able to refund your account accordingly.
